The host nation remain the undefeated team in this edition of Junior Asia Cup 2012. After defeating Iran 6-1 in the first match, they unleashed their rage on Korean side by defeating them 6-3. And the last fixture of the group match started with a shocker to the home side after conceding a goal at Japan's first and only attack in the first half. The Japanese side played very defensively and succeed with the tactic and Malaysian always wasted opportunities. Second half is better when Japan started to open up the game. I am unfortunate to not manage to watch the match until the end to give way to my sister's sick Korean drama. But I've watch the highlight and satisfied with the result.
However, big challenge waiting Malaysia in the semi to face India. Even if they manage to go through to the final, they maybe need to face Pakistan that beat Sri Lanka 14-0. But I've faith on them. Nonetheless, they've already book their place in the final round Junior World Cup in India.
