~New Champion~
As you all know, last weekend Manchester City won the Premier League and leave the defending champion trophyless this season. Manchester City only won the league 3 time throughout the club life span. They've won once in 30's once in 60's and the latest in 2011/2012 season. While in Italy, AC Milan failed to defend their title as Juventus NEVER LOSE to any opponent in the league. As for the Spanish La Liga, Real Madrid manage to stop their rival's domination on the league. The club that I mean is definitely Barcelona.
~Parting~
Barcelona also had to say goodbye to their manager, Pep Guardiola who brought many trophy and titles to the clubs. And they even lose to Chelsea at UEFA Champions League Semi Final. As for 2 champion contender in the Italian League, Juventus and AC Milan will say goodbye to two of the most influencial figure on the pitch. At least they have the golden moment with the club. And the two player that I mean are Alessandro Del Piero and Filippo Inzaghi.
~Top Scorer~
As for the Italy and Spanish League, both of the top scorer came from the runner up club. Messi of Barcelona scored 50 goals throughout the season (wow! did scoring job is so easy in Spain?) and Ibrahimovic of AC Milan scored 28 goals in Serie A. As for the Barclays Premier League, Robin Van Persie scored 30 goals throughout the season. Arsenal is standing at the 3rd place in the cup.
Nonetheless, I wish good luck to all the teams that won the league. It is always been said that defending the championship is harder than winning it.
